Terms & Conditions roda4d — Platform Usage Agreement

Welcome to roda4d, an online entertainment platform operated exclusively for Malaysian users. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") sets out the legal terms and conditions governing the relationship between roda4d ("Company", "we", "platform") and individuals ("Member", "User", "you") who register for or use the services provided through the website https://roda4d.ws and all its sub-domains and applications.

In this document, the term "Services" refers to all products and features provided by roda4d, including live casino, table games (Blackjack, Roulette), slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), e-sports, and all other related content.

Roda4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Users are required to provide valid identification documents upon request.

Regarding Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 and the maximum depends on membership tier and completed KYC requirements.

Roda4d reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request until the KYC process is completed, or where there are indications of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the method and time the request is made.

Roda4d offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated on the respective promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered with roda4d.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which typically range between 10x to 30x the bonus value depending on the bonus type.
• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only, for the duration of their membership.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash before wagering requirements have been met.
• Roda4d reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, misuse of terms, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Unused bonuses will expire within 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the roda4d platform — including Live Casino, Blackjack, Roulette, slots, other table games, Sports Betting, and e-sports — are subject to their respective specific rules as displayed in the relevant game sections.

General terms applicable to all games on roda4d:

• All game results are final and cannot be altered once a game round has ended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, roda4d's server records shall serve as the official reference for determining the outcome.
• Roda4d uses an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system across all digital games to ensure complete fairness.
• For Sports Betting, odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed. roda4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

All roda4d platform users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and ethically at all times. The following activities are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Sharing or selling your account to a third party.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to unlawfully exploit bonuses or promotions.

Roda4d reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of being irregular and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Roda4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The user is in breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Roda4d suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or unethical conduct.
• The user fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the user or an authorised party.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the roda4d customer support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Roda4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. roda4d's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the incident.
